Terms of Service for AVM Platform
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AVM (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the AVM platform (the “Platform”) including any related services, websites, applications, or associated media channels.
By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
3. Platform Services
AVM provides runtime infrastructure for the agent economy, enabling AI agents to execute code and perform real-world tasks through secure, scalable compute environments.
Services Provided:
- Code Execution: Secure sandbox environments for AI agents to run Python, TypeScript, PHP, and Go code
- Sandboxes Marketplace: A marketplace where developers can monetize custom toolkits and execution environments
- API Access: High-performance HTTP API for direct AI agent-to-AVM communication
- SDK Integration: Comprehensive software development kits for seamless platform integration
- Token Economy: Access to compute resources and network participation via the $AVM token
4. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update your account details as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payment and Fees
Certain features of the Platform may require the purchase or payment of fees using $AVM tokens, cryptocurrency, or other approved payment methods. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, accurate payment information.
All transactions conducted on the Platform are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. User Contributions
The Platform may allow users to contribute, upload, or share content, including code, sandboxes, tools, feedback, and suggestions (“Contributions”). By making Contributions, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify your Contributions.
You represent and warrant that your Contributions do not violate any intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Platform, including software, code, graphics, and logos, are our exclusive property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for personal and commercial purposes as allowed by the Platform. No part of the Platform may be copied, distributed, or exploited without our explicit consent.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal activities or unauthorized purposes
- Circumvent or disable security-related features of the Platform
- Upload harmful or malicious software, including viruses, to the Platform
- Engage in any activities that may harm or misuse the Platform, including data scraping or reverse engineering
- Create, upload, or distribute explicit, adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content that violates ethical or legal standards
- Use the Platform to generate harmful, offensive, or unethical material, including but not limited to content promoting violence or hate speech
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Compute Infrastructure
AVM operates distributed compute infrastructure to provide secure and reliable code execution environments. You acknowledge that:
- Compute resources are shared across the network and performance may vary
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of compute services
- You are responsible for any code or tasks executed through the Platform
- We reserve the right to monitor and restrict compute usage that violates these Terms
11. Token Economy
The AVM token is an integral part of the AVM platform, providing access to compute resources and enabling network participation. By using $AVM tokens, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
AVM and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
